Market recap

I've made it home from an exciting trip to market in Las Vegas!  It was so much fun to meet with vendors and to check out all of the latest trends.  I met up with the talented design duo Kaylene & Cari my last day there, and we really had a great time taking it all in.  Thanks for joining me ladies!

I imagine this piece in an old town cobbler's workshop (with a little something for after hours).

Always loved the spotlight floor lamp.  Classic, classic, classic.

I just about died and went to antique heaven when I laid eyes on this vintage candy dispenser.  It's something straight out of the Oleson's Mercantile.

The pairing of these lovely linen & nailhead dining chairs with a rustic table is perfection.

And don't you think this red storage chest would be fabulous in a artist's studio?

Love the lines of this bonnet chair.  You would need a little bell along with it to summon the butler for another cup of tea.  Super sophisticated.

This raffia trunk-style dresser was another favorite.

The oh so regal crown chair

Clean lines, and nailhead trim.  Can't go wrong.  So timeless and sophisticated.

Remember this print from Thomas O'brien's Veranda showhouse?  Love it even more in person.

A little chevron lust

 I'll take two please.

Besides being seriously gorgeous, this sofa was one you could sink into and relax for hours (maybe even days).

Loved this Key Largo host chair from Furniture Classics Ltd.  It will fit perfectly in my one day New England beach house.

This was perhaps my most favorite vendor at market.  Loved all of the unique vintage pieces from around the globe.

Wouldn't this be fun to store toys in a playroom (minus the creepy head molds of course).

This ant-style leather chair with baseball stitching was one of my favorite finds.  I would love to put it in my boys room.

 They had seriously fabulous lighting...

 some vintage Tolix art

more leather goodness

 oodles of vintage letters

 captain's lighting

and darling little wooden slat chairs.  don't you love them?

Loved the bright, happy, graphic patterns at Room Service.

This chair was my favorite.  Is it obvious that I have a thing for chairs?

I really want this print.  Do you think I could recreate it?  A sponge brush and some black paint perhaps?

 Some cheery saturated coral.

A fun little lacquered Mondrian desk

And then there was this.  A trip to crazy town where there are stuffed, furry little four legged creatures a plenty.  It's whats trending for fall people.  Better get it while it's hot.

  1. Ang, so funny I made the same comments about the creepy baby heads and the foxes. Loved Global Views and Noir as well. I took a photo of the red cabinet too but for the cool butcher paper display idea behind it! Looks like your trip was successful!
